Keep the flooring in the same environment as the installation area (indoor, in a warm and dry place). Lay the boxes flat. To optimize the flooring acclimatization, each box should have a ventilation space between them. To facilitate this process, stack cartons like a checkerboard by alternating each layer of cartons of 90° and leaving a few inches between each box. Raise slightly the bottom row, as it should not touch the ground.

Note that in certain climates (humid or dry) the period of acclimatization may take longer. In case of doubt, a longer period is recommended.

For more details, please consult the installation instructions available at the Installation & Warranty section. It is important to read the product installation instructions and the warranty program before installation and to keep a copy for future reference.

Just imagine ... if in each box of flooring comes with installation instructions of 20 sheets and that a job requires 50 boxes, it makes 1000 sheets of paper! However, only one copy is needed for installation and the rest goes to trash or recycling at best ...

Therefore, in order to reduce the waste of paper, the installation instructions and warranty program are available online in PDF format. You can download and print them for your personal use. It is important to read the product installation instructions and warranty program before installation and to keep a copy for future reference.
